Birth support

On the day you give birth, you do not have to be strong alone.

For me, birth support is not about telling you how to give birth. It is about having someone beside you who knows you, understands what you hope for, pays attention to you, and holds space for you when things are difficult.

During pregnancy we get to know each other, find the things that help you feel grounded, and prepare so that when your baby is born you can feel safe in your body and your decisions.

Throughout labor and birth, I stay with you in person. I pay attention to your body’s signals, help you find positions, movements, and tools that support you, and help your partner be an active companion.

We do not follow a script written in advance. We adapt to your birth.

Whether you give birth in a hospital or outside an institution, whether this is your first baby or another, and whether the process is spontaneous or involves medical interventions, I support you in preparing with as much information, confidence, and inner safety as possible.

As your doula, I can make sure you are not left alone during birth, receive continuous support, understand what is happening, and — when circumstances allow — take part in decisions about you and your baby in line with your values and preferences.

The goal is not an intervention-free birth at any cost.

Personalized birth support

No two pregnancies, births, or families are the same. That is why my doula support is always personalized.

We discuss the details of your support during the first consultation.

The base fee for birth support is 300,000 Ft. Additional services can be chosen according to your needs.
